Setup is simple, with three power levels (10, 20, 30) that clearly increase intensity, plus an nir button for the 850 nm setting. Blue and yellow modes work but i do not use them. Sessions of 10-15 minutes do not cause heat discomfort, though there is light sweat. No burns or irritation so far. I cannot verify the exact wavelengths, but performance seems close to the description. Overall it feels solid and works as advertised. It even has the same light placements and rubber face pieces as the omnilux contour mask, clearly aiming to mimic that product.
